Returns & Repairs

RETURNS 

  • All made-to-order pieces, personalized items or customized in any way, all items on sale and one-of-a-kind items are not eligible for change or return.
  • If for some reason you are unsatisfied, we accept returns on all full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused within 10 days of receipt. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for products outside of this time frame. Returns postmarked outside of the 10-day-window are not eligible for change or return.
  • Exchanges are accepted for online store credit with applicable returns. 
  • All applicable shipping charges and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • To set up a return please email hola@holartisan.com with original Purchase Order Number (PO#) for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Customer Care responses will be issued Monday through Friday.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please email us a tracking number for your return. We are not liable for lost or stolen returns.
  • You will receive a credit via email within 5 work days once we received the returned original items. Store credits do not expire.

 

REPAIR

We will repair items purchased through HOLARTISAN within 6 months. We will do our best to accommodate each request. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email hola@holartisan.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Picture of the product condition
  • Specific request for the part to be repaired
  • Please note that repairs may take up to 2 months to receive back due to the hand crafted nature of our work.
  • For repair please email hola@holartisan.com with original Purchase Order Number (PO#) for our evaluation. Customer Care responses will be issued Monday through Friday.

NOTE: Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for repairs outside the USA.
