Customs and import taxes

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders may not be canceled once they are placed.
  • Please note that normally no shipping on the weekend or holidays. 
  • Please make sure of correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address and any re-shipping fee incurred.
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. If you require your signature for delivery, please email us when you check out.
  • If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees. We are not able to offer any refund until the product has been received by us. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
